Cradle Cincinnati’s Birth Defect Report tackles the difficult subject of congenital anomalies, the second leading cause of infant mortality in Hamilton County. Working alongside a copywriter, we visually translated this information into a multi-page printed and digital report. I worked with a local printer to print 2,000+ final copies of this report to be distributed across hospitals, doctors offices and health centers throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
